A Smooth Picture Day from Start to Finish
1. Schedule Picture Day
We work with your school to select picture day and retake day dates, coordinate scheduling, and review any special photography or service needs.
2. Inform Families
We provide picture day information for the school to share with parents, including dates, ordering instructions, package options, and helpful preparation details.
3. Photograph and Order
Students and staff are photographed on campus by our experienced team. Families can place orders using the ordering options established for your school.
4. Deliver Orders and School Services
Completed picture packages are returned to the school, along with late-order information and any requested materials such as ID cards, sticker sheets, service strips, administrative files, or other included services.
5. Hold Retake Day
We return for a scheduled retake day to photograph students who were absent and anyone who would like another portrait.
6. Satisfaction Guaranteed
We want every family to be happy with their portraits. If a parent is not satisfied, we will retake the student’s photograph or work with the family to make it right.
7. Complete Final School Delivery
